Pelican Rescue Team

Founded by Zoli Teglas in 2009, Pelican Rescue Team is a group of volunteers whose primary goal is to rescue ill or injured pelicans and other marine birds, provide a second chance by rehabilitating them, with the ultimate goal being to release them back into their natural habitat. We also strive to provide our community with education about the effects of pollution and recreational/commercial fishing on seabirds.
