Our M.O.

Big Green Factory was formed with a vision to create an ethical e-store for consumers as well as a creative, merchandise and distribution platform for charities and non-profits. We aim to enable the third sector to retail innovative, sustainable and ethical products. By offering a wide selection of ecologically & ethically considered products and services we hope to help non-profits reach as wide an audience as possible.

Our beliefs

  • The power of consumer choice can make commercially viable quality ecological and ethical products, even within a competitive and well established market place.
  • Products should use modern technology to harness nature’s benefits without exploiting her resources.
  • Products should offer a world where trade is fair.
  • Products should be cruelty free and not exploit ANY life.
  • That environmental awareness does not have to mean the deprivation of the benefits our modern society has grown to enjoy, but rather adds a new and exciting dimension to the definition of leading edge technology, innovative design and a vision for a new and braver world.

Actively influence

We wouldn’t ask anyone to do something we wouldn’t do our selves. We want to inspire by example in our own lifestyle choices. That is why we pledge to campaign on causes we believe in, be involved in our communities and give our time and resources to non-profits. But also to have fun - which leads us to…

Fun

We are trying to get the balance right between work and play. Whenever a real nice day comes along, it'd be a shame to waste it. So, if you call us or drop an e-mail and no-one answers, don't worry. We are out there doing what we love. So leave a message and we'll get back to you in a while.


Payback

On top of our built in support and low cost structure for Sea Shepherd, we pledge to give 10% of our profits to grass-root environmental and social projects. At the moment, it is only a small amount but as we grow we will be able to give more. Which gives us a nice reason to want to grow.
